Are your bars gluten-free?
Absolutely! Our products are gluten-free and gut-friendly, loaded with prebiotics and probiotics to support your digestive health. This way, you can focus on what matters without worrying about your gut.
Are your bars vegan?
Yes, all our products are plant-based and cruelty-free. Our philosophy is to nourish our bodies without compromising the well-being of animals or the planet.
Are your bars sugar-free?
Unlike other bars that can cause blood sugar spikes and bloating from sugar alcohols, our bars are naturally sweetened with monk fruit and coconut nectar, which both are low glycaemic, and offer natural sweetness without the unwanted side effects.
Do your bars contain allergens?
Our bars contain nuts, peanuts and almonds. We always prioritize transparency with our ingredients to ensure that you can make informed decisions about your dietary needs.

What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are natural substances, often derived from herbs and roots, that are believed to enhance the body’s resilience to stress and promote overall balance (homeostasis). Common adaptogens, such as ashwagandha and maca root, are known for their potential health benefits.
We use ashwagandha and maca root in our formula because these adaptogenic herbs are known for their ability to enhance energy levels, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Incorporating these powerful ingredients into our ampedbar ensures that you not only get a high-quality source of protein but also benefit from the holistic advantages of adaptogens. As with any supplement or health product, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before including these superfoods in your diet to ensure they’re appropriate for your individual health needs.
Are adaptogens safe during pregnancy?
Ashwagandha: Although ashwagandha has a long history in traditional medicine, scientific evidence on its safety during pregnancy is limited.
Some studies indicate potential benefits for fertility and stress reduction, but specific research on early pregnancy is lacking.
Pregnant women should consult their healthcare provider before using ashwagandha.
Maca Root: The safety of maca root during early pregnancy is not well-established due to limited research. Traditionally used for energy and hormonal balance, its effects during pregnancy are not well-documented.
Anecdotal evidence suggests it may support fertility, but its safety remains uncertain.
Pregnant women should consult their healthcare provider before adding Maca root to their diet.
Are your bars a diet product?
Our bars are not specifically designed as a diet product. Our goal is to nourish your body wholesomely by providing a balanced mix of macro and micronutrients, supporting overall health and wellness.
However, they can be a great addition to a healthy eating plan by offering a nutritious and convenient snack option. Whether you're managing your weight, focusing on fitness, or simply looking to make healthier choices, our bars can help satisfy your cravings while meeting your nutritional needs and provide lasting energy throughout the day.
When is the best time to eat your protein bar?
Our bars are super convenient and can easily be thrown into your (gym) bag to consume at any time throughout the day. Whether that is a quick breakfast on the go, a snack to tide you over, a pre or post workout protein fix or to satisfy your afternoon sweet tooth, our bars can be enjoyed whenever you want.
How much can I eat per day?
There is no strict limit on how many bars you can eat per day, but we always advocate for a balanced diet that incorporates a variety of foods. We designed our bars to be a nutritious snack option that fits into your overall eating plan, providing sustained energy and essential nutrients. However, it's important to listen to your body's needs and ensure that you are also consuming other whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, complete protein and whole grains. Moderation and variety are key to maintaining a healthy, balanced diet.
By incorporating our bars thoughtfully into your routine, you can enjoy their benefits while also supporting your overall well-being and vitality.
What is the shelf life of your bars?
Unlike other bars, we don't use chemical preservatives or heat in our production process. As a result, our bars have a shelf life of 8 months. For the best taste and quality, we recommend consuming them before the "Best By" date printed on the package. Proper storage in a cool, dry place helps maintain their freshness and nutritional value.
My Order
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve placed the order, this includes changing items/size, the delivery/billing address, or the shipping method.
What if my order is wrong or contains defective items?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please don't worry. Mistakes can happen, and we're here to help. Just reach out to our team with your order number, and contact us we'll assist you in resolving the issue.
What if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, don't worry. It's possible that your items were shipped in separate parcels due to their size or type. You should be able to track each package using the tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch.
If you only have one package and an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We want our customers to be happy with our products. At AMPLIFIED, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may request a replacement.
Due to the nature of our products (food), we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please have your order number available when you contact us to help expedite your request.
Shipping
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after it has been shipped. Please allow an extra day or two around holidays and promotions due to increased order volumes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all local orders over HK$500!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this moment, we only deliver to addresses within Hong Kong and Macau. However, if you're interested in receiving our products in your country, please send us a message, and we'll get in touch with you.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time?
You can monitor the real-time delivery status through the provided tracking link. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days. To assist you more effectively, please provide your order confirmation number.

What about customs and import fees?
Taxes and duties are assessed based on the shipping destination. For DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations, the product prices shown are exclusive of any taxes and duties.
Before placing your order, please review your country's customs policies. Please note that we are not liable for unpaid customs taxes and will not issue refunds for orders returned due to customs complications.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Please note that if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, or if the items were bought on sale, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, include its complete packaging and tag, and be sent back to us using a standard mail service or shipping carrier.
Can I return my product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will happily accept the prompt return of any unused or defective items for a full refund of the original purchase price, which will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
Returned items must be received by AMPLIFIED within 14 days of purchase, as returns will not be accepted beyond this period. Please ensure that returns include the original packaging and that the items are in the same condition as when you received them. Used items cannot be returned.
To return your item(s), please email contact@be-amped.com with your order number and specify whether you would like to exchange, apply the price to another purchase, or receive a refund.
How do I return the item(s)?
1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return request.
2. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to provide further return details.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Without a trackable option, we cannot guarantee receipt of your package and are not liable for missing parcels without proof of delivery to our warehouse.
3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, our customer service will inform you whether your exchange or refund has been approved or rejected.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, or if you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

To change your account information, first log into your account and navigate to the "Account Settings" section. There, you'll find options to edit your personal details such as your name, email address, and password. Make the necessary updates and be sure to save the changes.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount on subscriptions! Simply select the subscription option (1, 2, or every 3 months) before adding your favorite item to the cart, and you'll never run out of convenient fuel on the go!
