2 | What is your absolute favorite exercise, and why do you love it?

Running and Hyrox. These two activities provide the perfect blend of exercise which allow the hormones (dopamine; serotonin; and endorphin) to be released into my body!

3 | What inspiring moment or achievement in your fitness journey are you most proud of?

Completing a marathon in under 3 hours and 30 minutes, as well as earning a podium finish in a HYROX competition..

4 | Can you share a piece of advice for someone starting their fitness journey?

Ease yourself into exercise. Enjoy the journey ahead. Long-term fitness isn't a sprint.

5 | Do you incorporate any supplements into your diet, and if so, which ones?

I use natural sources of caffeine as part of my diet.

6 | Can you share your strategies for meeting your daily protein goals?

Easiest quick wins come in the form of eggs, protein bars, protein shakes, etc.

7 | What are your go-to snacks for midday energy boosts or pre-/post-workout recovery?

I love to indulge in low-sugar protein bars that taste sweet, to fix my cravings.

8 | What is a common fitness or nutrition myth you wish more people knew the truth about?

Carbohydrates are not bad. You need them for energy and brain functionality.
